The Club Sentry Check-in screen does more than just record a member's visit. It also acts as a security and information station. When a member checks in, Club Sentry identifies the member with a picture (optional), checks the member's status and shows any messages for the member. Multiple messages can be left for a member. Club Sentry will then alert you to the state of the members membership. Different messages appear for Expired or about to Expire Memberships, Past Due Invoices and even Member Birthdays. A list of active members appears on the left side of the screen while successfully checked in members appear in the list on the right.

Club Sentry gives you check-in options.

• Bar code slot reader or hand held laser scanner to swipe your members' bar-coded membership card. (Requires separate purchase of a bar code reader)
• Open Turnstile/Electronic Lock with the optional Turnstile/Electronic Lock interface (Turnstiles & locks sold seperately)
• Numeric keypad that your member enters their card number on themselves (Requires separate purchase of numeric keypad)
• Manual entry by your staff
• Allow or deny duplicate (same day) check-ins
• Photo ID for positive member identification. (Requires separate purchase of Photo ID module)
• Biometric (Fingerprint) Check-in - Integrsated with the ZK F708 Fingerprint Reader for secure member check-in.
• RFID Check-in - Check-in using a proximity sensor and key fob.
• Class Check-in allows you to automatically check members in under a specific membership type such as a class. Learn More...
• Family Check-in allows you to check-in multiple family members with a single entry.
• Front Desk Module - The optional Front Desk Module allows you to use 2 monitors on a single computer. The first monitor for staff use and the second monitor for member check-in. See our Front Desk Module page for complete information. (Requires separate purchase of the Front Desk Module)
