Club Sentry Releases Version 6.0

Version 6.0 includes new modules and hardware options while enhancing existing modules.

Club Sentry Software L.P. is pleased to announce the release of version 6.0 of our popular member management software. Club Sentry Software offers powerful, yet affordable modular member management software for small to medium sized membership clubs and civic organizations.

Version 6.0 consolidates the many upgrades we have been adding to v. 5.0. We have also added new options such as User and Workstation security, the Letters/Mail-Merge module, the POS module, E-mail capabilities and many new membership types. The release of Club Sentry v.6.0 also includes new hardware options and enhancements to existing modules. We have responded to a significant number of requests for ID card printing and have integrated ID card printers from Zebra and Magicard to give you the ability to print your own member ID cards on credit card sized PVC cards.

New functionality included in v.6.0

• Security Module - Apply user and workstation security privileges to allow or deny access to your data.
• Letters Module - Create and save informational and marketing letters to your members and prospects. Insert database fields to personalize the letters and deliver them via either e-mail or postal delivery.
• POS Module - Create and track retail inventory items. Sell your retail items to members or walk-ins. Members may put retail purchases "on account" and have payment included with their monthly billing.
• ID Card Printing - Print your own member id card with one of our Magicard or Zebra ID Card printers.

• The Check-in screen now includes a list of members who are currently checked in.
• The Members screen has been reorganized to provide easier navigation through the basic member contact information.
• The Members screen Member List is now color coded. Current members appear in black, prospects appear in grey and expired members appear in red.
• E-mail functionality has been updated to include secure outgoing server login.
• More credit card and ACH processing options.
