Club Sentry Integrates Email

Club Sentry continues to add useful, cost effective features...

Club Sentry Software L.P. announced today that email delivery of Invoices was now available in their Club Management software. The Northport, NY company offers inexpensive member management software for small to medium sized health clubs and civic organizations. The original software product offered basic member management by tracking active members’ check-in and check-out information and has installations in residential clubs, skate parks and commercial health clubs. Optional modules such as the Photo System and Billing allow clubs to add functionality when and if they need it. “While we have integrated email into our Invoice Delivery System," said JD Williams, Vice President of the company, "we intend to introduce additional email functionality including a Letters feature to allow the user to create marketing or notification letters based on the data you have on members or prospects.”
