Export to Quick Books

Club Sentry QuickBooks export is included in the Base Module. It will allow you to export financial, member & employee data from Club Sentry directly into your existing copy of QuickBooks. Data exported includes:

Member Information
Membership Sales & Payments
Employee Information
Fees
Retail sales *(requires POS Module)
Inventory *(requires POS Module)
Invoicing/Monthly Dues *(requires Billing Module)
Invoice Payments *(requires Billing Module)
EFT Payments *(requires Billing Module)
Credit Card Transactions

Setup is easy. Just define your QuickBooks account information for Retail items and Memberships. Define items individually or in groups.

The QuickBooks export is part of the Base Module. If you have a version of Club Sentry that does not include the QuickBooks Export, and you have an active support subscription, contact support for an update. If you do not have a support package, go to our shopping pages to purchase one or contact our sales department.
