Club Sentry Member Management Software supplies you with the flexibility to define Guest Passes in a way that allows you to charge a single rate for a Guest Pass Unit but require multiple Guest Pass Units to check-in, depending on conditions. This way, you can charge one rate for weekdays and another rate for weekends, define different Guest Passes depending on age or accommodate any scheme you have. You can sell Guest Pass Units to Prospects allowing you to accommodate Walk-ins or even use them as Trial Memberships.

This is how it works:

• Define the cost of a Guest Pass Unit. This can be any amount to fit your scheme. You can also define an 'Expiration Term' for Guest Passes so they expire after a certain amount of time. 
• Create the different Guest Passes you offer in the Memberships screen by giving them a descriptive name and determining how many Guest Pass Units are required to use each different condition.  
• Either assign a number of free Guest Passes to give with a membership or sell Guest Passes to an individual member. If you choose, you can have your Guest Passes expire with the membership. If a member has used all of their Guest Passes (whether received free with membership or purchased) you can sell them more.  
• When a member wants to use a Guest Pass, simply check them in at the Check-in screen and click Gust Passes. You may now select the appropriate Guest Pass and determine how many Guests to check-in. And, you can check-in Guests that meet different criteria at the same time. If the member does not have a sufficient quantity of Guest Passes to allow their Guests in, you can sell them more Guest Passes right from here.
