Club Sentry can generate invoices, collect amounts due via credit card or eft, receive payments and update the member's membership and check-in status automatically eliminating the need for an employee to spend hours performing these tasks manually.

The Scheduling Module will allow you to maximize trainer and instructor availability. You can allow for breaks between classes or sessions, define maximum number of participants and assign multiple intructors for classes. Easily assign a member to a class or session. The POS Module lets you track inventory and retail sales to walk-ins and members.
