Base Module:
Member/Prospective Member Database, Membership Sales and Renewals, Member Check in/Checkout, Class Check-in, Guest Passes, Mailing Labels, Member Weights & Measures, Employees, Document Management, Reports, Club Set-up Utilities, Mail Merge Letters, Security. |
Photo ID Module: Now Included in the Base Module

Front Desk Dual Screen Module:
Use 2 monitors on one computer. One monitor to do your work and a second monitor, and one of our bar code readers, to check members in. This configuration allows you use one computer as both a workstation and a member facing Check-in screen. |

Billing Module:
Create Memberships with monthly fees and create invoices for email or postal delivery. Add the Credit Card module and charge monthly fees to each members' stored credit card information. |
POS Module:
Create and track inventory items for Retail sale. Set reorder points to generate purchase orders to preferred vendors. Sell retail items to members or walk-ins. Accept a wide variety of payment types including "On Account" and Credit Cards. |
Sessions:
The Sessions Module allows you to create and schedule Sessions (individual member appointments for trainers, sales people, etc.), ongoing Classes and Special Events. |
Electronic Entry:
Open turnstiles and electronically locked doors with the 24 Hour Remote Entry Module. A member swipes their ID card and, if the member is allowed entry, Club Sentry will send a signal to your turnstile or electronically locked door. |
