The Club Sentry Sessions Module allows you to specify available times for member appointments by combining optional static resources like salons, private rooms and tanning beds with optional human resources like trainers and sales people. You can create any number of "Sessions", "Classes" or "Special Events" and track member usage and attendance.

Sessions -

• Sessions allow you to define specific times of the day and week that appointments are available for members.
• Assign a specific employee to a session or leave it open to any available employee.
• Define the duration of the appointment as well as block off any time needed for prep and clean-up between appointments.
• Set the specific time of the first available appointment as well as the last appointment for the day.
• Specify a location for the appointment such as a special room or tanning bed.

Classes

• Create one time or recurring classes.
• Define the number of weeks classes last.
• Optionally associate instructors with the classes.
• Optionally specify a class location.
• Define the Maximum number of members allowed to attend.

Events

• Events are 1 time occurrences
• Define location, date and start and end times.
• Limit the number of members allowed to enroll for the event.
• Enroll members for the event
