Part of the Base Module

Club Sentry Security is part of the Base Module and allows you to set security at both the workstation and Group levels.

User Group:

By defining the User Groups you can determine where a user can go and what they can do in Club Sentry based on the group they are assigned to. Decide if you want to use a simple login name and password or employee number with fingerprint id to track your employees.

Workstation:

By defining Workstation permissions you can determine which screens will be visible from each workstation. You can make only the Check-in screen visible for the Check-in workstation ensuring employees cannot get into your members personal information.

Club Sentry Security is part of the Base package. If you have a version of Club Sentry that does not have security, and you have an active support subscription, contact support for an upgrade. If you do not have a support package, go to our shopping pages to purchase one or contact our sales department.
